If you have purchased a product on Amazon, please initiate the return through Amazon.
If you have purchased a product on our website, exchanges or returns will only be permitted for products with factory defects. We are not responsible for products that are lost or damaged in transit. Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning a product.
For purchases made through our website, please send us an email with:
1) Proof of purchase
2) A photo of the damaged product
